I bought a Dino PC gaming system for my son approx 10yrs ago. It now needs upgrading, I contacted Dino PC looking for some advice and they were excellent. I wasn't looking to purchase anything from them at this time, i was just looking for advice, Thomas Thorne replied to my emails giving me advice pointing me in the right direction of what to purchase and options where I could get the parts. He even replied to me on the same day I sent my email. I was really impressed by the speed of their reply and the advice offered. When the time comes to get a new system I will definitely be going back to Dino PC

Great Service from a Caring Company
Just like previous reviewer 'X R-H' I am an old customer, of DinoPC, who has received support, years after purchase in 2015. Kate has helped me before and again provided super fast answers to my queries. DinoPC helped me even though there was no gain for them, amazing. And, of course, the PC continues to perform superbly so money well spent, in 2015, and a very happy customer.

PC did not come with Windows verification key activated
Ordered a PC from them for £1200. In the specification it said it came with Windows 10, however upon recieving the PC I found that it did not come with a product key. Customer support was fast but they told me that I would need to send the product back in its original packaging in order for them to fix the problem, however I no longer have the original packaging.
EDIT: I will say that the product in all other respects is perfect, and the PC came in top condition with very neat wires and everything in working order. Also, the customer support is very responsive.
Great service and custom PCs
I was looking for a good PC to last for a while, so I took a look at DinoPC as they'd been recommended to me.
With their site I was able to pick and choose the parts that I wanted/were within my budget.
After ordering, the turnaround was about a week and my new computer arrived a little earlier than I'd expected! The PC was well packaged and secure, after some setup the beast was up and running. Great stuff!

Replace or upgrade.
I purchased my desktop from DinoPC in 2014 and found that it was not compatible with Windows 11 specs. The choice was between replacing a perfectly good pc or upgrading the hardware. I emailed DinoPc and they provided me with a list of components which would solve the issue. These were installed by a local repairer. The cost of the components and upgrade was less than the cost of a replacement with similar specs.

Despite being delayed by nine months…
Despite being delayed by nine months due to the chip shortage, the ASUS 3070 card arrived quickly once in stock. Shame it cost a bit more but again I can understand that. My only criticism would be the lack of information provided during the wait, a regular update on queue position would have been well received.

Pc broke after less than a month
Pc broke after less than a month, go through the process of returning it so the broken part will be replaced, we get charged £25 for packaging to return it, at first the packaging did not all come and so we had to wait an extended period of time to be able to send it off. Have had no communications since we sent it back. Try to avoid buying a pc from here, if it breaks you will have problems returning it.

Unrivaled during the gpu shortage.
Had stock when most other suppliers didn't and at a price unmatched by any at the time. Genuinely surprised by them as I've never heard of Dino pc until I stumbled on them looking for a gpu.
Delivered faster than expected too.
Packaging could have been better, box arrived a bit beaten up but that's more courier than anything.
Much appreciated, will be using them again.

I bought a Liyama AOC E2470SWDA 23.6" Full HD Monitor on the 4th June and it arrived within 5 days. Great price, great item, very pleased with it for our office. Nice size screen with speakers. So pleased in fact, that I bought a similar one, Liyama Pro Lite B2483HS-B3 - 24", 1920x1080, 75Hz, 1ms, TN with a better resolution for my gaming mad son. Arrived within 5 days, again very pleased. Overall good service and GREAT PRICES. Will use again.

Ordered the tarchia r5 and as expected…
Ordered the tarchia r5 and as expected a smart looking machine turned up next day. Set it up and being a tech numpty couldn't get the monitor to work. Phoned their helpline and was answered straight away(that never happens) 2 mins later with their help I was up and running. Great machine and great customer service. Highly recommend.
A great experience with a great company
One of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Any issues were dealt with brilliantly and Kate really went above and beyond to find a resolution that suited us - she is a real asset to Dino PC and an excellent ambassador for the company.

Ordered a replacement fan for an old…
Ordered a replacement fan for an old computer (purchased the desktop from dinopc 10 years ago). Product was at great price and well packaged. Postage was quite slow but this is likely due to me being based in NI and that i was ordering over the easter holiday period, so maybe out of their control. Will purchase again

Excellent company and great customer service.
I have had a number of dealings with their partner company Stone Refurb and DinoPC themselves. They have been everything you could ask for, helpful, expert when asking for support and ready to sit and listen rather than rush off to the next phone call. I have purchased an SSD from DInoPC, and was helped with the setting up of it so I could replace a slower HD in a laptop. The process was discussed and the job done, so very grateful for all the help. Price more than acceptable too.

Cancelled order
Cancelled my order (after taking my money) with very little explanation.
Update: Money was refunded eventually, while they assure me they will be getting the cancelled item back in stock at some point they will not honour the price I originally paid.
Updated to two stars, these things happen, but still a very negative experience for my first time using dinopc
